Sunday Tidbits for December 6: Future Tiaras and Present Cuteness

We'll start with the cuteness:

--You've probably seen these by now (I'm not sure it's possible not to have seen this by now, actually), but the new pictures of Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, taken by her mother, weren't released in time to make last Sunday's tidbits and a little extra adorable never hurt anyone... [Telegraph]

--I don't even know where to start with Prince Harry and all his recent cuteness. He's been on a trip to Africa, and has shared some of his personal photos from his summer trip on the Kensington Palace Instagram (which also includes a photo of him shaking hands with a dog, so there's that). [Hello, Instagram]

--It was announced this past week that the King and Queen of Spain are coming to the United Kingdom for a state visit in March 2016! It's best to start your jumpy claps training early. [BBC]

--Have we a hint for what we might see at Sweden's big tiara event this week? This Facebook post suggests it will be slate grey organza by Fadi El Khoury for Crown Princess Victoria, and oh, I shouldn't get my hopes up this high. I looooove her in that designer. [h/t to The Royals and I for the find]

--Just as we covered one of her tiaras, Princess Astrid of Norway pops up on our radar! She turned on the lights at the Trafalgar Square Christmas tree in London. The city of Oslo gives a tree to the people of Britain every year as thanks for support during World War II, a tradition that began in 1947. [Express, Zimbio]

--And finally, the results are in from our little poll on your favorite Queen Silvia tiara. Are you surprised? I am not surprised.

Coming up this week: a Dutch catch up, plus loads of Nobel events in Sweden (with tiaras) and Norway. Britain's annual diplomatic reception (a tiara event!) is this week as well, though attendees aren't really confirmed in advance and there are usually no photos from inside...
