--The Norwegian royal court published a new photo of King Harald with Crown Prince Haakon and Princess Ingrid Alexandra, as they mark the 25th anniversary of Harald and Sonja's consecration. The picture, taken in front of the Norwegian crown, recreates a 2006 photo which marked the 100th anniversary of the coronation of King Haakon VII and Queen Maud. --Zara Tindall, who won a silver medal at the 2012 Olympics in team eventing, has missed out on selection for the British equestrian team for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. [BBC]
--She won't be the only royal rider absent in Rio: Princess Nathalie of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg has said her horse is not stable enough to compete. Nathalie won a bronze medal in team dressage for Denmark in 2008, and also competed in London in 2012. [Der Westen]
