Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary are halfway through an official visit to Saudi Arabia and Qatar with a Danish business delegation. These trips always pose interesting dress code issues (well, not for Fred, he's clear to continue wearing his suits) (and, well, these trips pose many other more pressing issues, but we'll stay in our wheelhouse here). Of the choices Mary's made so far, just one has stolen my heart.
This coat! WANT. A new member in Mary's wardrobe from Missoni, it has the right amount of interest to carry this outfit with a simple pair of black trousers, but it's far from loud. I'm excited to see how she styles it when she has the full range of options she has at home. And I'm hoping somewhere she also has the light colored belt shown on the model. I get pairing it with a black belt to coordinate with the rest of this look, but the light one is even better, no?
